Danijel Bedenik is a teacher of practical lessons at the School Centre Ptuj, Mechanical Engineering School. He started his career in the economy, where he gained extensive experience in the field of CNC machining. After several years of working in the industry, he joined the Mechanical Engineering School in Ptuj, where he now teaches programming of CNC machines and machining.His dedication to teaching and mentoring students is reflected in numerous projects.He participated as a mentor at the International SkillMe Conference and the F1in Schools World Championship held in Singapore. Under his guidance, the students achieved outstanding results in the UNIOR Knowledge Competition, where they became national champions. At a time when more and more people are talking aboutprotecting the environment and reducing energy consumption, Danijel recognised the great potential of the Solar Village project. He was immediately attracted to the project so he and the team set about making a prototype. The first results were very encouraging, which gave new impetus to the further upgrading of the project. With his knowledge, experience and mentorship, Danijel Bedenik contributes significantly to the development and success of the Solar Village project, and at the same time inspires young people to innovate and think sustainably.
