The project is aimed at owners, managers, architects and investors with the aim of becoming more aware of the heat intrusion we get from the sun. By measuring the temperature, we will show how the temperature of the interior of the premises varies in different weather conditions and in all seasons. The main objective is to show the differences between the influence of glass surfaces on the internal temperature between glass surfaces with external blinds and those without them. We would also like to show the public how the orientation of glass surfaces affects the interior temperature of rooms and how important the influence of exterior blinds is to lower the temperature of rooms in the event of sunny weather.
It is a project that wants to show the public that it is not necessary to have air conditioners and other high-tech tools to stay indoors sustainable, but that there is enough awareness of the importance of window orientation and the positive impact of external blinds. The project is set up as a distinctly global project, as we would like to show in every major city in the world the differences that arise in that city, in that area. This story began before you, here at this point in Ptuj, with the help of ŠC, Mechanical School Ptuj, in cooperation with its exceptional teachers and extremely talented students.
